Learn How to Knit Lace
Washcloth Series 3: Lace
In this class, students will expand beyond the basics of knit and purl and learn how to make knitted lace. They will practice reading a pattern, knitting, and purling and learn a few special new stitches. At the end of the class, students will be able to knit a lace washcloth.
This course is part of our washcloth knitting series, where students can learn to knit and purl, and make lace and cables.
Prerequisite: Students must know how to cast on, knit and purl.

Length of Class: 2 hours
Supplies needed:
- Worsted weight yarn in a solid, light color (no dark blue, brown, black, or similar colors - we want you to be able to see what you're doing!).
- Size 7 or 8 knitting needles
- Pattern will be provided on the day of class
